Welcome to GCC Gamca Medical Pakistan. By accessing our website and utilizing our GAMCA/Wafid medical appointment booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Nature of Service
We are a dedicated appointment facilitation service provider in Pakistan. Our sole responsibility is strictly limited to generating and booking medical appointments for GAMCA/WAFID approved medical centers. We do not conduct medical examinations, issue health reports, or influence medical results in any capacity.
Independent Service Provider
GCC Gamca Medical operates strictly as an independent service provider. We are not legally affiliated with the Gulf Health Council, WAFID, GAMCA, any foreign embassy, or any government authority.
Service Scope & Limitations
Our service ends once your official appointment slip is generated. We hold no liability or responsibility if:
- A medical center refuses to conduct a test for any reason.
- There are delays in issuing or uploading your medical reports.
- You are declared medically "Unfit" by the medical center.
In all such post-booking cases, customers must communicate directly with the designated medical center.
Pricing & Charges
The official GCC/WAFID appointment system fee is $10 USD. Our total booking fee (PKR 4,500) includes this official charge plus our local service facilitation fee. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to our facilitation charges. If you do not agree to our service fee, you are welcome to book your appointment independently via the official portal.
Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made in advance prior to appointment generation.
- We do not process bookings solely based on payment screenshots.
- Appointments are officially booked only after your payment (via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash) has successfully cleared and is confirmed in our account.
Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy: Once the Wafid appointment is booked and your official confirmation slip is generated, our service is considered fully delivered, and the payment becomes 100% non-refundable.
Refunds are only applicable in the following limited scenarios:
- A duplicate payment was accidentally made by the customer.
- You request a cancellation before we have processed the booking on the official Wafid portal.
Appointment Confirmation Timing
While we strive for 30-minute processing, official system delays may alter timing:
- Standard Bookings: Processed rapidly during standard business hours.
- Late Night Bookings: Appointments submitted after 11:00 PM will be processed and confirmed after 09:00 AM the following morning.
- Weekend Bookings (Saturday/Sunday): Processing may experience slight delays due to weekend system loads.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing 100% accurate personal information matching their passport. We are not liable for appointment rejections, financial loss, or necessity of re-booking caused by spelling errors, incorrect passport numbers, or wrong visa types provided by the customer.
No Guarantees
GCC Gamca Medical does not guarantee visa approvals, medical fitness results, or immediate slot availability at specific medical centers. All testing outcomes and scheduling are at the discretion of the respective medical centers and Wafid authorities.
Communication & Confidentiality
All communication (WhatsApp, Email) between GCC Gamca Medical and the customer is strictly confidential. Customers are prohibited from sharing screenshots, call recordings, or our support messages publicly without written consent. Any guidance provided by our support team is based on experience and does not constitute official legal or medical advice.
Medical Center Fee Disclaimer
The fee you pay to us is for booking the token only. You will be required to pay a separate medical examination fee (approximately PKR 25,000) directly to the assigned medical center. We only provide estimated costs for guidance; actual fees are determined solely by the medical centers.
Website & Payment Security
Our website utilizes secure encryption (SSL/HTTPS) to protect your browsing session. We do not ask for, process, or store sensitive financial information such as your credit card numbers or bank account login details on our servers.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall GCC Gamca Medical be held liable for delays caused by the assigned medical centers, Gulf Health Council system downtimes beyond our control, or any financial, travel, or employment losses related to your medical outcome.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
