1. Service Nature

We are a professional facilitation service. Our commitment is to manage your appointment scheduling with official medical centers. Once the WAFID token is generated and the appointment slip is sent to you, our service is considered successfully delivered.

2. Payment & Booking Confirmation

To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, we operate on a pre-payment basis:

• Booking requests are only queued once full payment (PKR 4,500) is received.
• Payment screenshots are used for reference only; appointments are processed strictly after funds are verified in our account.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because we incur immediate operational costs to generate your official WAFID token, our refund policy is as follows:

• Non-Refundable: Once your official appointment slip has been generated and delivered, the service is fulfilled, and payments are non-refundable.
• Eligible for Refund: You are eligible for a full refund only if you request cancellation before we have processed your booking in the official system, or if a duplicate payment was accidentally made.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by our management:

• Processing time: 1–2 working days.
• Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer).

5. Customer Responsibility

Accuracy is vital. Please double-check your passport details and visa category before payment. We are not liable for any rejections or losses resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer at the time of booking.
